To enable chat on your menu, go to your stores settings, select chat and enable the chat function.
When enabled, customers can select the question mark in the lower right hand of your menu to communicate directly with the store. If customers close out of the menu, no problem! Messages sent from the dispensary will be sent via SMS text message.
