With our Flowhub integration, you can automatically sync all of your Flowhub inventory directly into Dispense.

Turning on the integration

To turn on the Flowhub integration click on the Store tab in the sidebar and go to Integrations:

Enter in the required fields as well as the optional room ID. FlowHub will provide you with the Location Id, API Key, and Client Id. This information can be obtained from Flowhub by completing the form at https://flowhub.com/api-integration-request. Dispense will provide you with the Auth 0 Client Id and Auth 0 Client Secret Once you have successfully enabled your Flowhub integration, your first sync will occur within 10 minutes.

Syncing Orders

Turn on the Sync Orders toggle if you'd like Dispense to automatically push new orders into Flowhub when they are confirmed.

Syncing Products/Inventory

Turning on this integration will trigger Dispense to automatically sync with FlowHub every 10 minutes.

You can also manually trigger a sync by going to Menu > Products and clicking Sync? link:

When products are synced from FlowHub we'll pull over all the fields that your location has setup to sync over from FlowHub to Dispense. You can find these fields by going to your Product Settings and scroll down to POS Updatedable Fields
