How to Set Up your Cloud Printer

Downloading the Star printer app

  1. Download the the Star iOS or Android App.
  2. Follow Star's instructions or follow the instructions below.

Setting up your printer for CloudPrnt

  1. Navigate to Store > Printer
  2. Click the plus button to add your printer

  3. Enter a name. Tip: Name it after the room it's in, e.g. "Vault"

  4. Hit Save
  5. You'll now see a Printer URL (https://api.dispenseapp.com/v1/venues...), Copy it. You'll need this URL to configure your Star printer's Cloud Prnt settings.

Configuring CloudPrnt on your printer

  1. In the app, navigate to Printer Settings:

2. Go to Star CloudPRNT settings:

3. Paste the URL that you copied from the Dispense app.

4. Tap Apply to save your changes.
