In this article, you'll learn how to enable notifications/alerts for, new orders, customer chats, and/or cancelled orders. The available notifications are:
  • New Order notifications: Email, Text, Browser, Sound
  • Cancelled Order notifications: Email
  • Customer Chat notifications: Email, Browser, Cound

Enabling notifications must be done for all individual logins.


Enable Notifications

  1. Navigate to Dispense App > My Profile
  2. Tab to Notifications
  3. Select all notifications you would like to receive.

  4. Once all notifications have been selected, hit save on the top right hand corner.
