In this article, you'll learn how to enable notifications/alerts for, new orders, customer chats, and/or cancelled orders. The available notifications are:
- New Order notifications: Email, Text, Browser, Sound
- Cancelled Order notifications: Email
- Customer Chat notifications: Email, Browser, Cound
Enabling notifications must be done for all individual logins.
- Navigate to Dispense App > My Profile
- Tab to Notifications
- Select all notifications you would like to receive.

- Once all notifications have been selected, hit save on the top right hand corner.
